Thank you for explaining Islam as a religion of peace. It would be most helpful to hear other Muslims stand up for your message in America. Because of "the war on terror" and the horrible terrorists acts throughout the world, it's hard to see Islam as peaceful. Isn't there some way for Muslims to speak out against the Islamic terrorism going on all over the world? It's very difficult not to think "Muslim" and "Islam" as applauding such actions when we don't hear the leaders stand up against it. I believe we would very much respond to someone like you if we could be convinced that facts backed your message.
